Needed my gutters re-routed from draining to sewer & flooding my basement during heavy rain, & minor repair work on garage gutters. I chatted with them in Maps & sent pictures of what I had, & what I wanted (a neighbor's gutters/downspouts). They came out early the next day & finished in < 2 hours except for plugging the pipes to the sewers; they finished that the next day. Some web sites say not to plug remaining sewer standpipes with cement, but the City of Chicago site recommends it, so that's what they did. Great work, done fast. Some language barrier in communication, but I speak a little Spanish so it all worked out okay. The price went up $50 from the original estimate porque soy blanca 😉 no just kidding, for the cost of color-matching my gutters. ~ Viv

After the recent snow-and-then-rain event, I had a gutter that needed some immediate repair to prevent possible water pooling on the side of my house. I called Santiago and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He helped me understand the underlying nature of the problem and the right way to fix it. His quote was really reasonable. Basically, one whole run of the ancient galvanized gutters on my home had gotten bent, messing up the pitch, and so it needed flashing, patching, and re-hanging. He and his crew came out the very next day (on a really cold day, no less) and worked hard, fast, and carefully to get the job done. They left the site as neat as they found it. I'll absolutely reach out to them the next time I need any help with gutters. ~ Sam N

Gutter Santiago did an excellent job at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their pricing was very fair, their communication was clear, and their team worked incredibly hard from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. On the first day, they identified the issue right away—a clogged and broken downspout. By the next day, they had already purchased the necessary materials and fully repaired and replaced the damaged downspout. The quality of their work was great, and the entire process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Gutter Santiago for anyone needing gutter repair or replacement. Been about a good 3 years since we’ve had our gutters cleaned… and due to all these heavy storms lately, we knew we needed help. Gutter Santiago stood out not only from all the positive reviews, but also because they were the most responsive and reasonably priced. I called on Friday and they were willing to come out the same day. We opted to do it Monday morning instead, and they even arrived a little early which is always appreciated. The guys worked quickly and efficiently, and did an amazing job cleaning up the gutters and all surrounding areas. Found these guys on Facebook. Wasn't sure what to expect. They were fantastic! Pricing was great. After contacting them, it took exactly 4 minutes to get a response. When they came out to do the work, the next day, I thought they were going to have to reschedule because of the rain. Luis pulled up Google weather and told me they would start when the rain was scheduled to let up. Once they started, the whole process took a couple of hours. They even provided me with pictures of the work done. They did such a great job that I almost felt bad about how reasonably priced they were. I would definitely use them again in the future. We just had a very impressive experience with Santiago and Gutter Chicago. After multiple attempts to have our condominium building gutters cleaned, we heard excuses ranging from our gutters being too high, not having tall enough ladder and way too long to wait for getting the job done. I knew that our gutters were all but clogged with recent rains and really hoped to get this done with more rain in the forecast. I called and reached Santiago. He was thorough to confirm heights and dimensions. From there, he added us to his already busy list, arrived within an hour and did an amazing job in less than an hour on all of our gutters (which were clogged on one side too). Santiago provided pictures of “before and after,” which was great to see. I don’t often write reviews but couldn’t wait to do this. I recommend Santiago and Gutter Chicago 100% and will clearly continue to used them every year! ~ Mike E

Truly great service! High winds last weekend tore the aluminum flashing on our A Frame. We called 4 local businesses to get it fixed with no response - I googled again & Santiago & his crew came out the day I called. They replaced the torn 10’ section, painted it (it matches perfectly!) and had it replaced by nightfall! We loved their work so we gave them the biz to clean our gutters - they showed me the photos; we had *no idea* our gutters & downspouts were so packed! My interactions with one of the Santiago brothers, we're all pleasant and respectful. When I first called the company, 4 months before the work, they called me back promptly. I never had to talk to uninformed office admin nor greasy sales team. I always interact ed with the same person who was easy to talk to because his manner was respectful. Their work is fast and good quality. Of course, I can only go by the pictures. The work does look sturdy and not sloppy. They did exactly as we agreed. No unpleasant surprises. Great job! Due to the height of my house, it wasn’t easy to get to the top area that needed gutters installed (you can tell by the dirt on the stones in the 2nd pic how much we needed gutters. Can’t count how many times a year I had to power wash, smh). I’d also just recently got new windows installed so I was nervous. But no worries, their crew took their time to ensure the safest way possible to get their equipment in position and then knocked the install out. They also painted onsite and the new color matched the existing gutters perfectly! ~ Mike E

I received the best customer service from Santiago . He was professional and courteous service and knowledgeable of my needs. Showed him how the wind had taken part of my gutter and soffit looked and estimate job. He was punctual and efficient and reasonably priced. I went through numerous contractors pricing he was the most knowledgeable and told me of other hiccups for the future. The Santigo Gutter crew was great. The pricing was competitive and work looks perfect. They were also very flexible in accommodating my request to come early so they came on Saturday. The work they performed was replacing my DIY hack job gutters on my detached garage, added leaf filters, connected the downspouts behind the garage to go into an outdoor sump pump and releveling a portion of a gutter on my three story high house. The garage gutters were a bit tricky as garage roof line slanted the opposite direction I needed the water to go, but they figured it out. ~ Mark M

Found them through google and decided to contact them because of their many good reviews, happy to say that I will be adding another good review for a job well done. I contacted them last week Friday afternoon and they came Saturday morning the next day to quote me. I decided to proceed with their proposal and they came Monday morning the next week and in a matter of hours I had my new gutters. We called Santiago this morning to repair a broken downspout on our bungalow in Portage Park, and the experience couldn’t have been better. He was able to provide a quote just from a photo we sent, and impressively, he arrived at our home within an hour. Not only did he fix the issue, he went above and beyond by replacing the entire downspout. Santiago and his assistant were both professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Excellent experience with Gutter Santiago! We’ve had a clogged and overflowing gutter that I kept putting off and forgetting about until we would have a heavy rain. And then I’d forget about it again until the next heavy rain. After letting it go on for too long, the gutter finally separated from the house at the corner and during a recent wind storm made so much noise that it kept me up all night. The next day I searched for gutter cleaner & repair companies and Santiago had a lot of great reviews so I contacted them for an estimate. I was not disappointed. The contact number on the website links to a WhatsApp chat and Luis responded within a minute or two. He came out the same day to take a look and was able to do the cleaning & repair the following day! Really happy with the work & how quick Luis & his crew were able to get the job done. Extra bonus, we had a few loose shingles in a couple places and he was able to replace/fix them for me that same day so I didn’t need to go through the exercise of finding someone else to make that repair. Gutter Santiago just cleaned the gutters of my bungalow. I was very satisfied with the job. The workers showed up on time, the cost was reasonable, and the workers were professional. All debris was cleaned up and taken away. I was shown pictures of the cleared gutters and was also made aware of some missing roof tiles. The guys were great they came on time and were kind and professional. I honestly have not seen this type of professionalism since before the pandemic. Given the fact I just left my job their price for installing a chimney cap was very reasonable.
